2/16/00: Blue River staff - reviewed results, decided to use aquatic rankings to close level 2 roads shown as high aquatic risks
6/1/11: Due to reductions in funding, road restoration has been significantly diminished. This process will be considered as a tool when the WNF begins its minimum roads analysis in FY2012
